2. Subject of the platform

The #SAPFamily platform is a recruiting and employer branding platform for the SAP Partner Ecosystem with the goal of attracting the best talents (SAP experts, career changers: IT-savvy people with process and industry know-how, as well as graduates) for the SAP Partner Ecosystem and making partner companies more visible as attractive employers for talent.

The platform offers:

• A matching function for SAP experts, specialists (lateral entrants) and graduates
• Recruiting and employer branding solutions for SAP partners
• Information about SAP careers, training and events

The operator does not act as an employer or recruiter. There is no guarantee of job placement or successful hiring.

3. Registration and use

Use of the platform requires registration. The user undertakes to provide only truthful information.

The operator reserves the right to refuse registrations or to block user accounts in case of violations of the Terms and Conditions.

4. Obligations of users

Users of the platform agree to:

• To publish only serious and legally permissible content
• Not to provide misleading or false information
• Comply with data protection and competition regulations
• Do not post spam, advertising or fraudulent job offers

A violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Remuneration and payment terms

Paid services can be offered to SAP partner companies, such as enhanced employer branding options or exclusive talent pools.

Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing. Late payments may be subject to interest.

6. Liability and warranty

The operator is not liable for:

• The accuracy or timeliness of job offers and profile information
• The result of application processes or employment relationships
• Technical disruptions or temporary unavailability of the platform

Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct remains unaffected.

7. Data protection and data processing

The protection of personal data is important to us. The collection and processing of personal data takes place exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

Users agree that their data will be processed to provide the platform services and – if explicitly agreed – passed on to SAP partner companies.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If the platform offers paid services for consumers, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies according to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The withdrawal can be made in text form (email, letter).

9. Contract duration and termination

Registered users can delete their account at any time via the platform.

SAP partner agreements have an individual term and can be terminated according to the agreed notice period.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and must actively agree to them.

11. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Mainz.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
