SAP CX (Senior) Consultant / Consultant (m/f/d)
Job description
▶︎ Solution-oriented process consulting for large industrial companies, especially in the manufacturing industry
▶︎ Conception, design and implementation of integrated enterprise solutions in the area of SAP CX
▶︎ Assuming module responsibility in the area of customer service in national and international SAP projects
▶︎ Change management and coaching
▶︎ Support in presales and in developing customer relationships
▶︎ Conducting workshops and training courses
▶︎ Mentoring of trainees and prospective senior consultants
Required skills and experience
▶︎ At least 2 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on SAP CX / C/4HANA in process and optimization projects
▶︎ Additional knowledge of S/4HANA Service, SAP CS and/or SAP CRM desirable
▶︎ Ideally, cross-module integration knowledge (SD, CO, MM)
▶︎ University degree in business administration, (business) informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics or comparable qualification
▶︎ Initial experience as a sub-project manager in large SAP projects is an advantage
▶︎ Independent and proactive working style, analytical and conceptual thinking
▶︎ Strong communication skills in multicultural environments
▶︎ Very good knowledge of German and English
Slight willingness to travel
▶︎ Additional knowledge of S/4HANA Service, SAP CS and/or SAP CRM desirable
