Job Description
▶︎Support the Lead Consulting in the area of SAP Finance incl. Controlling with focus on Manufacturing
▶︎Support proposal preparation
▶︎Active contact person in pre-studies
▶︎Team Lead Finance/Controlling in S/4 Hana implementations in Green Field and migration projects.
▶︎Responsible for esponsible for business process analysis, fit/gap analysis, process design, training, test support, roll-out and go-live support
▶︎Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client
▶︎Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential
▶︎Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
▶︎Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
▶︎Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit
▶︎Functional advisory and support of team members
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
▶︎Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing
▶︎Several years of practical experience, preferably in the area of manufacturing
▶︎In-depth Knowledge of SAP Controlling, incl. PS and strong Knowledge of SAP Finance incl. integration to the other modules
▶︎Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
▶︎Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects
▶︎Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members
▶︎Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams
▶︎Intercultural understanding
▶︎Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements
▶︎Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German
