Job Description
▶︎Analysis, modelling and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of Supply Chain, Logistics (Warehouse Management)
▶︎Implementation of a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run)
▶︎Design of discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios with focus on Supply chain capabilities
▶︎Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client
▶︎Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential
▶︎Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital Supply Chain function
▶︎Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
▶︎Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode
▶︎Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
▶︎Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit
▶︎Functional advisory and support of team members
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
▶︎Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing
▶︎In-depth Knowledge of at least one SAP Module (WM, LE-TRA, EWM, TM, YM)
▶︎Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
▶︎Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects
▶︎Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members
▶︎Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams
▶︎Intercultural understanding – Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements
▶︎Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in DE
